Ok, I give up. After 30 minutes searching and googling I could not find a way.
Is there an option to tell Mathematica not to use iconized in its output? I find these so annoying. The design is all ...

https://mathematica.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=278925

I want to generate a list of adjacency matrices of size $n=4$ s.t.

The diagonal is zero: $a_{ii}=0$ for all $i\in\lbrace 1,2,...,n\rbrace$
There are no 2-cyles, i.e. if $a_{ij}==1$, then $a_{ji}==0$ ...
