7.5.3.1 First page of CV not visible in the output of my LaTeX document

For some reason, the first page of my CV created with LaTeX is not visible. I can only see the text starting from "Extracurricular Activities". Could someone please tell me what is wrong ...

However, the citation norm I need to use requires a comma between ...
