6.75.3.1 Is there a way to make cloudy tcolorbox?

What I mean is when we make tcolorboxes they are in the shape of box with straight lines by using borderline command we could change how far away it is or how it looks. 
For example:

6.75.3.2 Stop Skim from highlighting text and adding red dot when PDF is refreshed?

6.75.3.3 How to print complete frames in pdf, not slides

I have a pdf which comes from a Beamer presentation, but I don't have access to the code of the original presentation. Each frame is made of several slides as explained in a similar question:  ...
