6.74.3.1 Capitalization of the first letter in acronym list

How do I modify the \acro command from the acronym package in order to capitalize the first letter in the acronym list but still keeping a lower case letter in the text. 
The accepted solution in:

6.74.3.3 Can't figure out how to upload to arxiv from overleaf

I'm new to all of this. I exported my main.tex and my .eps files from overleaf and I'm trying to upload them to arxiv. I get the following error:
