6.27.3.2 In polyglossia, how can I change the English font in a Hebrew document

6.27.3.3 Using foor loop to include pdf files to latex

I want to generate a template which accepts n as a variable and then includes the pdf files in directory DIR1, ..., DIRN. 
Something like this 
\foreach \x [count=\xi] in {1,...,n} { 
... 
[pdfpages] [loops]
