6.14.3.2 Line break for URL clash with hyperref

I want to put a line break for the urls as it exceeds the page margin. I've refereed couple of posts on StackExhange but still it's not successful. The error for the following code says

6.14.3.3 thmtools: How to add a bar left of the theorem

Is it possible to add a bar like

In the manual is something with 'mdframed', but I do not know how to work with.
