What is the easiest way to have 2 lines in some of the cells in a table? The only way I can think right now is to actually have 2 separate rows (without the line in the middle) and use \multirow on ... [tables]

I have a document which requires many levels of sectioning. I have sections, subsections and subsubsections, but require one more level below that. I can't change the sections to be parts and move ... [sectioning] [sections-paragraphs]

I know that I can use hyperref to make cross-references and hyperlinks clickable. That makes the clickable areas outlined in fluorescent green, however. How can I make the green boxes go away? [hyperref] [color] [boxes] [links]

To make Latin-letter variables bold I can use e.g. \mathbf{a}, but while putting Greek letters or symbols such as \nabla inside \mathbf doesn't cause any errors or warnings, it also doesn't do ... [fonts] [math-mode] [symbols] [bold]
