Vertical cell padding in the bottom of each cell in tabular with equations and listings is too large in cells containing one or more equations or listings. How do I get rid of this extra space?

So, I made this shell script that can be called from TexStudio, The scripts calls git to add and commit files with the current date, and then push them to GitHub. 
I want to improve it's functionality  ...
