I'd like to use a $\mathbb{C}$ symbol in one of the axes in enhanced postscript in gnuplot. 
This link has a list of latex symbols that can be used in gnuplot, but it doesn't include mathbb. Is there  ...

6.3.3.2 Footnotes on wrong page if framed environment spans two pages

The footnotes in the following example should show on page 1, but they show on page two. What can I do?

I am creating a table with different multirow heights.  I would like arrows that extend above/below the text to show the extent to which the multirow applies.  A naive example is below with the  ...
