So to "comment out" a line, I need to insert a % at the beginning of the line (so that line will not be compiled). 
Is there way to comment out a large section without having to manually putting a %  ...

A few years back, I used to use LaTeX for writing reports and such, and I really liked the look of them. 
However, nowadays I am forced to use MS Word to write my reports, but that does not hinder me  ...

Table does not show up at the same position it was inserted in the TeX file. I got the understanding through bit of reading on this forum that they are floats and they pick the best place on the  ...
