5.23.3 Can you answer these questions?

5.23.3.1 Can I make indent over many line on overleaf in \newtheorem?

I like to make it so that when I used \begin{pf} everything in the area is indented in a bit and when \end{pf} the text after is indented back out again, and if there are others inside it is indented  ...

5.23.3.2 Issue with brackets ( using myblockquote)

I have an issue with the code. When I try to put multiples ( in my case 2 ou 3 ) \myblockquote. There are 2 more brackets that appear and the quote doesn't always start a new paragraph.
