5.20.3 Can you answer these questions?

5.20.3.1 subsection text alignment

trying to make a table appear next to the subsections header, problem is the text appears above the header. Any ideas?

5.20.3.2 Move watermark under beamer palette

I add a watermark to all frame in beamer presentation but I have this problem: 
I would like the watermark when it overlaps with the palette to go under so that it does not appear. 
How could I do to  ...

5.20.3.3 include files from specific folder

New linux (mint) user, with pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.18 (TeX Live 2017/Debian), using TexStudio (that might change) 
I have custom files (sty's and whatnot) in a folder that I cannot move  ... 
[input] [include] [environment-variables]
