4.40.3.1 Adjust/scale landscape table to fit in a4

I'm trying to adjust my landscape table to fit in the A4 paper margin but as you can see it doesn't seem to work. Even by scaling the table to text width doesn't work as the table will just become  ...

4.40.3.3 How to use three columns for table?

I am aware of using supertabular and the \twocolumn environment for tables over two columns. But is also possible to use a three column layout with a long table?
