How to globally set insertion style using tikzfeynmanset? 
I tried 
\tikzfeynmanset{ 
every insertion/.style={ 
/insertion/style={thick}, 
}, 
} 
but it won't work.

4.39.3.2 Last page is blank when using lineno

When I include \usepackage{lineno} the last page always is rendered blank. 
I used this template for the manuscript, but the error doesn't seem to occur with that alone. I couldn't figure out a MWE to  ...

4.39.3.3 Package biblatex Warning: citation '' was not found at all in the .bbl, bibliography labels cannot be generated
