4.34.3.1 How to use the \stretch command over two pages instead of just one

i try to use the \stretch command to space out pieces of text (for a concert programm) and it all works really nicely, but i have no idea how to expand this design towards two pages. 
Obviously i can  ...

4.34.3.2 Citing website only once

Is there any way I can cite a website, using biblatex, without adding a new entry in the bib file, if I'm only going to cite it a single time?

4.34.3.3 White background in the program list [LyX]

I went to Tools->Settings->Listing and entered the following piece of code: 
backgroundcolor={\color[gray]{0.9}} 
frame=single 
mathescape=true 
Although, for some reason, it keeps a white background  ...
