A similar question to Change language on a per field basis, but: (1) I use different fonts for Latin and Greek, and (2) I use automatic sentence case for titles.

4.28.3.2 Vertical space before sections using titlesec package

I am writing my thesis and each section must begin at a new page. I need to have 6 spacing before the sections and 4 spacing after the sections. 
My font size is 12 in article format and I am using  ...
