4.13.3.1 Tikz figure mysteriously overlapping text above - in some cases only

4.13.3.2 ConTeXt standalone on Alpine

There seem to be some issues installing ConTeXt Standalone on Alpine.  Here's a Dockerfile for reproducibility.
