What OpenType math fonts are there available for usage in TeX/LaTeX, e.g. with the unicode-math package?

Why is it a bad idea to scale elements that contain text, for example tables, by using \resizebox, \scalebox and similar commands?

I've made two standalone documents that ought to be the same dimensions (page size), but pdfinfo reports the page sizes (dimensions) as being slightly different, and I can't for the life of me see  ...
