I just installed on a brand new machine the TeXlive 2017 using Enrico Gregorio's guide.

3.26.3.2 BibTex does not compile when Output file "build" is used

I'm new to LaTex. I'm using TexMaker and Tex Live 2017, with BibTex 0.99d. Sadly i run this on Windows 10.
