On Overleaf and locally, I have an article using Biber; here's the relevant structure: 
\usepackage[ 
backend=biber, 
style=numeric, 
hyperref=true, 
backref=false]{biblatex} 
\addbibresource{toric.bib} 
...... 
[biblatex] [bibliographies] [biber] [bibliographystyle] [arxiv]

Adapting fromhttps://tex.stackexchange.com/a/448977/383565, I constructed my own version of \blink. But, it doesna^\200\231t work in captions, unlike the base \href: 
\documentclass[a4paper, 11pt]{book} 
\...

I am struggling on writing the data on a document latex, because it writes me down on two lines, as you can see on the picture. 
Is it possible to write: Thursday 25th September, 2025 on the same line ... 
[line-breaking] [date]
