I have a question about using the Glossaries package together with the Standalone package. 
I use the Standalone package to create plots, which are saved as separate .tex files in a subfolder called ...

11.50.3.2 Placing a \shortintertext between blocks of subequations

I want to place a \shortintertext{where} between two blocks of subquations. However, due to how the environments have to be nested, this is not directly possible.

11.50.3.3 How to add the word 'Chapter' before chapters in both table of contents using TeX4hta^\200\212a^\201 /a^\200\212TeX4ebook?

Currently, in the EPUB version of the book Ia^\200\231m writing using LaTeX + TeX4ebook, the table of contents looks odd a^\200\223 it just contains the number and then the title of the chapter; nothing before the ...
