11.24.3 Can you answer these questions?

11.24.3.1 Weird bug in xy-pic: reversed arrowhead with bending arrows and larger nodes

This code triggers a weird bug in package xy.  The arrowhead of the only arrow here is flipped. 
I shrank this from a big tex file.  Any further changes seem to make the bug disappear.

11.24.3.2 TexShop cross-references in large projects

When working on a large project with multiple chapters in separate files, using \include{}, is there a good way in TexShop automatically to reference definitions, theorems etc from the other chapters? ...

11.24.3.3 How to make TeXworks show console output always

I know that I can check [Window > Show Console Output Ctrl+\] to make the Console Output appear, however when I close the window, and then open it again, it definitely disappears. 
I don't think ...
