2.40.3.2 How to change quotation format in KOMA-Script Book

Right now, my quotations look like this: 
The code is just: \begin{quotation} ... \end{quotation} 
Is there any way to remove the indent from the first line and put a space between quotation  ...

2.40.3.3 Biblatex gobbles puncutation after undefined references

I am trying to use biblatex with the authoryear style, but when I have undefined references it "gobbles" the next punctuation point.
