I have a NewDocumentEnvironment defined that has a tcolorbox defined in it, and I want to use a wrapfigure inside it but I renders down in the page, but I can't figure out how to make this work ...

Here is what I achieved using tabularx (the number of rows is dynamically generated from the commands \AddEditor, \AddAuditor and \AddValidator. 
\documentclass{article} 
\usepackage{forloop} 
\...
