11.9.3.2 Making forloop works with tabularray (it works with tabularx)

Here is what I achieved using tabularx (the number of rows is dynamically generated from the commands \AddEditor, \AddAuditor and \AddValidator.

11.9.3.3 Arrow not appearing correctly
