10.45.3 Can you answer these questions?

10.45.3.1 pgfplots: Option "axis x line = bottom" ignored AFTER "axis x line = center"

This is about pgfplots. 
I use the option axis x line to control the placement of the axis x line and the placement of the xlabel. 
Problem is that axis x line = bottom is ignored when used after axis x ...

10.45.3.2 Using Block with the option [draw] in NiceMatrix, in combination with [spanish] babel  leads to an error

I'm having trouble with NiceTabular and Babel (Spanish). The idea here is to draw a square around the letter 'A'. The draw option in Block doesn't seem to play nice with the [spanish] option in Babel. ...

I am using tikzfeynman.sty written by Flip Tanedo to draw Feynman diagrams. A sample code that I wrote-- 
\begin{tikzpicture}[line width=1.5 pt, scale=1.3] 
\draw[scalar] (45:1.5)--(0,0); 
\draw[... 
[tikz-pgf] [tikz-arrows] [tikz-feynman] [feynman]
