10.20.3 Can you answer these questions?

10.20.3.1 includesvg only displays graph axes and not data

I have two similar graphs that I'm trying to display using \includesvg on Overleaf. One renders perfectly, the other renders the axes but none of the data. An example project is linked here.

10.20.3.2 How to get Anki working with TikZ-based packages in 2024?

10.20.3.3 How do you do a 3d plot in pgf plots if your 3d data set format has an x and y value that is separate from the z-value
