I want to use a macro \foo that defines a path depending on the macro parameters and finally use it inside tikzpictures as follows: 
\draw[thick] \foo{5}{6}; 
If I have something like 
\providecommand{\... 
[tikz-pgf] [macros] [pgfmath]
