9.77.3 Can you answer these questions?

9.77.3.1 cannot setup TLPDB in /usr/local/texlive/2023

As for many years, today started to update texlive, after 
psudo tlmgr update --all 
tlmgr asked to update itself, ok. 
psudo tlmgr update --self 
Then retry 
psudo tlmgr update --all 
and start ... 
[tlpdb] [damaged]

9.77.3.2 Beamer note alert

9.77.3.3 Latex: Rearange table in beamer

I use the following code to produce a slide of tables in Beamer. 
Unfortunately, I'd need to rearange them. The two tables should be next to each other. 
\documentclass[10pt, aspectratio=169]{beamer} 
\... 
[tables] [beamer] [tabularray]
