9.44.3 Can you answer these questions?

9.44.3.1 code produces error with lualatex but not with pdflatex. Why?

I try to use tufte-book and can compile with pdflatex but not with lualatex (which I would prefer to use). The errors are 
25: Argument of \MakeUppercase has an extra }. }{AF} 
25: Paragraph ended ...

9.44.3.2 A complete and opentype cyrillic font

I am currently looking for a cyrillic font (for russian typewritting). It must be an opentype font usable with lualatex and fontspec, and must be complete : roman, italic, bold, small caps, superiors ...

9.44.3.3 Which encoding should I choose when saving files in Kile?

I noticed that Kile appears to have changed the default encoding for files to x-UTF_8j. It has also developed a bewildering list of encoding options in the file saving dialogue. (So this is probably ...
