9.22.3.1 LaTex font not found after upgrading linuxmint

I can't get working the font "Comicneue" with LaTex since I upgraded my linuxmint version. All was working fine before the upgrade. 
I have the package Comicneue I downloaded from CTAN in ~/... 
[fonts] [packages] [texlive] [linux] [texmf]

9.22.3.3 How do I reverse easylist numbering?

I would like easylist to count down from n at the top and 1 at the bottom. I searched through the manual, but couldn't find if there was a way to do that.
