2.22.3.2 Submit to arXiv failed because compiler doesn't know "tikz/rotate around y"

I'm trying to submit an article written in tex to arxiv but the compilation fails whereas it works on my laptop. 
The error message is

I would like my references to look like 
a^\200\[Cent] [ 1 ] Foo et al. 2008, Nature, 100, 200 a^\200\[Cent] [ 2 ] Bar & Baz et al. 2010, Science, 300, 400 a^\200\[Cent] [ 3 ] Einstein, 1905, New Scientist, 5, 6 
and so on.
