8.80.3.1 Why can't Hebrew be passed as an option to the babel package when the document class is beamer (beamer-rl)?

A couple weeks ago I asked whether it was possible to specify Hebrew as an option to the babel package, rather than specifying it with the \babelprovide command. A comment from Javier Bezos indicated ...

My overleaf will not hyphenate my doc no matter what i do. I've put this into my preamble: 
\usepackage[british,UKenglish,USenglish,english,american]{babel} 
What could be wrong?

8.80.3.3 How to link to specified page in PDF in its HTTPS form?
