7.76.3.1 Overlapping block title and block body in beamer

In the following MWE I have managed to overlap block title and block body. However, I want to send block body to the back or block title to the front.

\usetheme{Dresden} 
\... 
[beamer] [block] [overlap]

7.76.3.3 Bold year in bibliography using agsm.bst

I want to get the bold year in references just like author name(s). I did it for authors but was unable to make it for the year. 
This is what I want
