7.64.3.1 How to identify TeXlive or MikTex on TeXStudio

I'd like to know how to identify that TeXStudio runs TeXlive or MikTex. Also, it seems that pdf files created in TeXStudio running MikTex have better quality than TeXlive, is it true?
