\(E\left ( T_{ij}\right ) =1+{\displaystyle \sum \limits _{k\neq j}} p_{ik}E\left ( T_{kj}\right ) \)
if \(i=j\) then \(E\left ( T_{ij}\right ) =\frac {1}{w_{jj}}\) where \(w\) is the stationary probability vector
\(i\in T,j\in T\) does not make sense to ask this here?
