Some US school rankings, most are from US news source

These are some schools I found in the US which is relatively low cost for non-residence.

1. Univ. Missesota. undergeaduate about $1200 per 3 units. but much more for graduate.
2. univ. of iowa, iowa city. taking up to 8 units, same rate as resident. same as iowa state univ. in ames iowa.
3. University Of Massachusetts, Amherst.
